As part of The Casino Food Co-Op Casino Beef Week, an educational day will be organised for school students and teachers participating in the school cattle events.

As part of the day, students will learn about showcase commercial cattle operations and cattle management.

During the day, students will experience demonstrations involving cattle observations, handling (including a working dog demonstration), identification, welfare, feed and water, and husbandry operations.
