Sites for the Friday Breakfast with the Butchers are allocated on a ‘first-in’ basis subject to the discretion of the Beef Week Organising Committee. No Food Stalls are permitted to trade at the breakfast unless you are providing exclusively free food.
Sites for the Saturday Market are allocated on a ‘first-in’ basis subject to the discretion of the Beef Week Organising Committee.
Sites for the Sunday Show N Shine will be selected based on the content of your site and if it matches the theme
Sites for the Craft Market are allocated based on the quality of the goods. Stalls selling any non-craft items will not be authorised to trade.
We recommend stallholders confirm participation as soon as possible to ensure the availability of sites. It is expected that all sites will be sold by end of April.
Beef Week Organising Committee reserves the right to allocate stall/ site locations as deemed practical and according to organising and site availability constraints by the event organizers.
Please be aware that Beef Week reserves the right to move stalls as required without giving a reason.
Stallholders must comply with directions from the Beef Week Staff, Volunteers & Security or you will be asked to leave. You will forfeit your space & payment, plus be banned from future events

Cost of Stall Sites will be governed by the fee schedule within the booking.
In the event fees paid are but no site is available, a refund will be provided.
A fee must be paid per site allocated and Per Event attending.
There are no refunds other than the above stated
Fees below are for a 3m Stall Space. With the exception of Craft Market Stalls who are allocated 2m.
Stalls larger than a 3m site will be charged at an equivalent rate based on the size of the stall.
Food Stalls $100.00 each
General Sales / Vendor Sites: $80.00 each
Information Only (non-sales) Sites: $50.00 each
Craft Stalls (Attending Craft Market) $30.00 each (2m Stalls)
Amusement / Specialty Sites: 20% of Gross Takings

Please be aware that your tent must fit into the allocated space.
DO I NEED PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
The market does not provide Public Liability or Product Liability Insurance for stallholders, so you will need to source your insurance. You are not covered by our insurance.
All stalls selling any sort of orally consumed product will require Public and Product Liability to trade.
Stalls selling skincare or makeup or performing massage or beauty services like facials etc will need Public and Product liability.
Failure to provide current insurance will result in no site allocation.
POWER
Stalls requiring electricity connection must indicate this requirement at the time of registering their participation including power details.
All food stall operators and users of electricity-operated sites must provide their certified electrical cables and plugs which will be subject to Council inspection if so deemed, These are to be Tested and Tagged by a qualified personnel
Leads must be neat and not cause a trip hazard.
Power needs to be requested at the time of booking.
Any request for power on the festival day will be declined
WATER
There is no water available on the sites. You will have to bring your supply of water if this is required.
ARRIVAL AND PACK UP TIMES (For STREET MARKETS)
Once you have booked a space you will be allocated a 15min unloading time.
If you miss your allocated time, you will have no vehicle access and you will have to walk your items into the space.
Your stall needs to be set up by 7.30 am ready for an 8 am start.
You cannot leave before the markets finish at 4 pm
Packing up you will be allocated a 15min loading time.
Pack up should be completed and the stallholder out of the grounds by 5 pm.
PARKING
There is no parking for vehicles within the markets or road closure areas unless agreed upon by Beef Week Management
The market is always on regardless of whether or varying aspects. It is up to the stallholder to decide whether they will set up in inclement weather. No refunds you will forfeit your space payment.
MARKET TENTS OR UMBRELLAS
Tents are not provided with the market booking. If you would like to have a covering of any sort you will need to bring your own.
It is not a requirement to have to cover it is your choice.
Tents and umbrellas must be weighed down with suitable weights at all times.
It is the stall holder’s responsibility to keep the tent/umbrella from blowing or falling over while at the market. Any damage or injury is the sole responsibility of the stallholder.
All market tents used must be the correct size to fit within the space purchased.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Rubbish must be removed and taken away by the stallholder.
Rubbish bins placed throughout the market are for the visitors to the market. These bins are not for your product waste this includes: wrapping for racks, tents and other equipment, products that you have not sold, coat hangers etc…
Stallholders must leave their stall space clean and free of rubbish on departure.
You will be charged a clean-up fee if you have left items within your space.
CHANGE ROOMS
Stall Holders will have to supply their change rooms within their space.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE STALLS
All food and beverage stalls must first apply to trade directly with management. You cannot trade without the management’s approval and holding relevant health certificates and insurance.
Food Stall Operators are advised that the Richmond Valley Council Health Officers will administer inspections during the festival operations and compliance with all requirements is essential and the obligation of the food stall operator.
TRANSFERS
There are no transfers or refunds for change of mind. This includes transfers to different locations, dates or people.
Once a booking is made it is final. “Changes of mind” include anything preventing you from coming whether planned or unplanned.
PROHIBITED GOODS
Products that may not be sold at Beef Week include
live birds or animals,
fakes or copies of designer brand names goods,
weapons,
items associated with the illegal use of drugs,
or other items that the market management may consider unsuitable for the market.
No offensive, counterfeit or unauthorised products may be sold.
PLAYING MUSIC
All music played from a portable music player must play at a low volume for the sake of other stalls around them.
Management reserves the right to request stallholders turn the music down or off where necessary.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to play any music, Casino Beef Week Promotions Committee Inc will not be held liable for any unauthorised use of music.
