Cattle Spectacular

In its fourth year, our Cattle Spectacular event kicks off with our Wednesday Led Steer and Heifer Competition. Join us in the CBD of Casino as we turn the street into a glorious cattle ring full of exceptional local exhibits.

Youth Education Day 
Presented by Casino Beef Week 

As part of Casino Beef Week, an educational day is available for school students and teachers participating in the school cattle events.

During this day, students will learn about showcase commercial cattle operations and cattle management. There will also be demonstrations involving cattle observations, handling (including a working dog demonstration), identification, welfare, feed and water, and husbandry operations.

Beef Week takes over the CBD of Casino to present an action-packed family fun day full of cattle, entertainment, food, rides and more. Pull up a hay bale and watch the cattle competitions and auctions and learn all the ins and outs of what it takes to be handed the sash of ‘Champion Steer’. Listen to live music, visit the shops, and enjoy a wonderful day out in the Beef Capital of Australia.
