Nominations for 2022/23 Beef Week Festival Inc Board Executive Positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, 3 Board Members incl Public Officer) are to be submitted & received Seven (7) days prior to the AGM (before 4:30 pm Monday 1st of August 2022).

Nomination for Committee
Nominations are open for any current members to submit an application for the 2022/23 Casino Beef Week Promotions Committee Inc.
Members who are unable to attend the 2022 AGM, may elect an existing member to attend the AGM as a proxy voter.
Proxy Voting forms must be submitted at the AGM.
Each member may only represent up to 5 Proxy Votes.
Members nominating proxy voters should specify which items they which for the proxy vote to be counted towards, failure to do so means that your proxy may vote on any Item on the agenda.
